This machine has two separate functions and is a great alternative to constantly using strong pain medications.

TENS function helps by sending electrical impulses through your skin via electrodes to help numb the pain pathways to your brain. They can help in the short term to manage your pain with little side effects.

EMS function by electric stimulation to the muscles where the electrodes are placed. They gently contract and relax the muscle which can help to build up the muscle fibres or calm them down.
